Odering
♡ Be specific with your commission description and send clear references, This includes having a reference sheet before commissioning
♡ I will not draw anything offensive or illegal
♡ I have the rights to refuse commissions for any reason
♡ If you have any questions before ordering feel free to message me and I'll respond as soon as I can
♡ If you are not wanting me to post the work before a certain period, i.e. for those who want to have it as a secret, this may also cost extra. Please tell me this when requesting
♡ For communication you may contact me on any of my social or you may contact my discord ( MittensMiyuki ) if preferred
Payment
♡ Payment is sent prior to starting the commission
♡ I do not do full refund, so be sure you are wanting to commission before discussion and sending payments, if I have already started the work and am unable to complete I can do partial refunds depending what stage I am at on the work
♡ Send payments in GBP
Revisions
♡ You will be allowed to make revisions when I send sketch WIP's , please make sure to ask for any changes earlier on in the prosses as later they are harder to change and I will have to charge extra, for any major changes I will also have to add extra fees
Use
♡ Properly credit my work when posting/sharing
♡ You may not use my work for commercial use unless we have discussed otherwise, this will come at an extra cost. Commercial use being defined as reselling my work on anything like merch etc.
♡ I will retain rights to my work and can use it as examples/post it
♡ Editing my work is not permitted
♡ Do not resell or redistribute my work unless we have discussed otherwise
♡ Do not use my art as NFT's or for Ai art
